• In the event we are out of stock on one or more of your items, the unavailable items will be cancelled and the remainder of your order will be processed.
• Orders being shipped to AK, HI, military post office or internationally will require a quote from our shipping department.
• Orders are processed during our operating hours, excluding campus holidays, and typically ship from our location within two business days.
• Orders are not eligible for weekend delivery.
• Diploma Frame and tailgate tent orders being shipped (not in-store pick up) will incur an additional $20.00 special handling fee.
